Crisis Hits Bayelsa PDP Over Zoning

Crisis is brewing in Bayelsa State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) following plans by some loyalists of Governor Seriake Dickson to use their position to oust all the state's National Assembly members from the 2015 race.

According to a reliable source, all members of the National Assembly from the state have been told that they will not be allowed to return to NASS through a cunning methodology of zoning the current occupiers out of the 2015 race.

The pioneer chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the state, Charles Dorgu, and T.K.O Okorotie had, during a rally held in Sagbama by the zone to endorse President Goodluck Jonathan and Dickson for 2015 and 2016, said leaders of the area had decided to zone the National Assembly seats in the interest of peace and harmony.
