Federal High Court, Ikoyi, Lagos has adjourned the Chocolate City vs Brymo case to Tuesday January 14, 2014.The legal battle between Chocolate City Entertainment and its estranged artiste, Ashimi Olawale Ibrahim aka Brymo is far from over as the case was on December 5, 2013 adjourned till January 14, 2014.The case which was supposed to be heard at the Federal High Court, Ikoyi, Lagos was suspended because the presiding judge Justice Bubba was unexplainably absent.At the court, it was gathered that neither Brymo nor his counsel were available for the hearing.Choc City's counsel, C.O. Madubuko from L and A Legal Consultants was, however, present.This will be the second time that the case will be adjourned after an earlier November 11, 2013 adjournment.Chocolate City is suing Brymo for alleged breach of contract.
