The group winners in the first phase of the qualifiers will now play in the two-legged play-offs.
Cameroon claimed the 10th and final place in Africa's final qualifying round for the 2014 World Cup.
The draw will take place in Cairo on 16 September.
It will be based on the latest Fifa rankings to be released on Thursday and will create five two-leg ties, with the winners going to the finals in Brazil.
Ivory Coast, Ghana, Algeria, Nigeria and Cape Verde are currently
the highest ranked countries in the playoffs.
The decisive games will be played in October and November.
