Unknown gunmen dressed in military fatigue stormed an uncompleted building behind Legislator's Quarters in Apo, Abuja in the early hours of this morning, Friday September 20th killing over 20 people.The people killed were inhabitants of the uncompleted building.A resident in the area said that at about 12:30am he heard gunshots severally throughout the night, causing panic in the area.
