PHOTOS: Late MKO Abiola's Daughter, Folashade Weds in US

On Saturday August 31st, 2013, the daughter of late Nigerian politician Chief Moshood Kashimawo Olawale Abiola aka MKO, Folashade Abiola married her long time lover in the United States of America.

Folashade, popularly called Brandy due to her resemblance of American singer Brandy married her heartrob Srdan Banjac in a traditional wedding ceremony that took place at the Chatean Cocomar event center in Houston, Texas last week Friday.

On Saturday, the 1st of September, Folashade and Banjac had their white wedding with family and friends in attendance.

Folashade Abiola is the daughter of one of the wives of late MKO Abiola, Dr. (Mrs.) Gloria Abiola.

Srdan Banjac, a Congressional Staffer works for a US Senator. He is an assistant to House Democratic Caucus Chairman John Larson while Folashade is a lawyer with US Treasury.
