Controversial Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh is at it again.The actress took to social media site, Instagram to post the rolled up joint on her instagram page yesterday with the caption 'Mi smoke gaja mi smoke weed while my hatez smoke ma gossip' and then she posted a photo of herself. The actress once said in an interview, when asked about her heavy smoking habit: "That is my personal life. If I want to smoke, I handle a stick of cigarette and I smoke it hard. It is my life I can decide to smoke myself to hell. It's nobody's business."
